For the first time since 2005, Liverpool won the UEFA Champions League as they defeat Tottwnham 2-0 in Saturday's final at Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano Stadium.
An early penalty goal from Salah and a late strike by Origi gave Liverpool their six (6) Champions League title as their coach Jurgen Klopp finally got his hands on Europe's biggest prize.
The win was a sweet redemption for the Egyptian player Mo Salah but most especially for Liverpool boss Klopp, who had suffered defeat on his last six appearances in major finals, including Liverpool last year UCL final and Champions League showpiece with Borissia Dortmund in 2013.
Tottenham put Liverpool under real pressure but could not find the back of the net as Kane and Dele Ali wasn't in their best form
